I Love Taiwan Mission (ILT)
Resilient Taiwan
中文版本
Taiwan's climate is changeable, facing typhoons, earthquakes, wind disasters, and rains many times a year, but Taiwanese people will try to help each other overcome these difficulties 。
Taiwan is not large, even mountainous, but it is precisely because of this terrain that Taiwanese people are resilient and have the strength to work hard to survive no matter what. Even, among different immigrants, learn to tolerate and help each other, and work together to make Taiwan stand firm.
"If I had to die a thousand times, I would only die there; If I had to give birth a thousand times, I would only want to be born there; My little mountainous country." A poem by Nobel Prize winner in literature, Chilean poet and politician Pablo Neruda. This sentence "I love my small mountainous country" is touching because of Zheng Nanrong's quote.
Welcome to this island of resilience, the island of life, the kingdom of grace led by God.
